Unfortunately, the size of the book has strained the limits of
Mess-DOS RCS.  The diff program runs out of memory.  I'll need to use
the OS/2 version of RCS to be able to maintain these versions.  Until
then, I'll just archive versions manually.  Perhaps better use pkzip
to save space on the server.
