Hi Rob,

So great to speak with you just know and thank you so much for offering
to help, much appreciated.

As I mentioned this is part of the "Fly Me to the Moon" project by
Sydney Festival. There will be workshops in Parramatta to dress up bikes
for kids and anyone who feels like it:
https://www.sydneyfestival.org.au/events/fly-me-the-moon-workshops
Then there is a short bike ride and a parade down Church St Mall.
Please see a bit more of a position description below for Bike Marshals
and Sweepers.

The ride will start at 5pm so call time would be 4pm/4.30pm and the
parade then starts at 6pm, we should be all finished with the riding by
7pm.

Please let me know if you need any other info or have any questions.
Thanks for sending it out.
Anyone who would like to get involved, can get in touch with
volunteer at sydneyfestival.org.au <mailto:volunteer at sydneyfestival.org.au>
and we will then provide meeting point info etc.

Thanks so much,
Jana
