G'day all,
Spoke to Jacob Messer at some length today,

The funds available are barely enough to do the
proposed linemarking work on existing roads as they
are, paint only not even thermo-plastic, NO road
widening.

We should concentrate on getting the line marking how
we want it.  Other proposals done at another time.

If there is enough road width PPT MAY consider a
contra flow lane from Park Rd to Pitt/George St exits.

The CAMWEST submission is still a work in progress and
not my place to send.
