[CAMWEST-discuss] Seven Hills station to M7

Hi Rob,

On my monthly commute to Bella Vista yesterday I happily discovered that the off-road path joining
Seven Hills railway overpass with the M7 is now COMPLETE!

I knew it was done down to the soccer stadium, and past the school, except for a few metres in a quiet
culde-sac; but in the last month the last bits of concrete and the shared path signs have gone up
on the few hundred metres beside the Propsect Hwy from the school down to the overpass.

So I got from Fox Hills golf course to Norwest business area on off-road path
or bicycle lane ( the bit from Toongabbie toward Seven Hills ) 99% of the way.

The 2 road crossings on the path beside the Highway are still a bit hairy; as is the crossing
of Vardy's Rd further up, and there's no bicycle lantern at the lights near the school,
but at least it now CONNECTS with everything else in a reasonable way.

Blacktown Council should be applauded for completion of this important connecting link.
It connects all the destinations along the railway line with those along
the M7 AND those along the Old Windsor Rd corridor.

Next we need is to connect Toongabbie to the Canal and we will have Old Winddsor Rd
connected to Bossley Park.

Mark
