G'day all,
This video is a very accurate presentation of our current energy situation.  Please take the time to view it fully.

This link is to a video,  http://www.nuc.berkeley.edu/Chris-Nelder-Video  a bit poor in sound and picture quality particularly at the beginning but it improves.  The information presented is totally accurate and consistent with my own independent research.  My only point of disagreement is the future of electric and hybrid vehicles.  From my research the energy and metal (commodities) costs of the batteries for large scale usage will make them prohibitive.
