Hi everyone,

Is anyone keen on setting up a camwest stall? I'm one of the sector
leaders, and I think John is involved with the start site, so we will be
of little assistance in setting up a display or manning it at least
earlier in the day. Anyone else available and keen to help?

- Rob

Dear John & Rob

Sunday 27th September 2009 - It's that time of year again... The 2009
City of Sydney Spring Cycle is going to be bigger and better than ever!!
The City of Sydney Spring Cycle is Sydney's most popular annual
recreational cycling event and with the word out about last years
success of two entirely new routes this year's event is sure to draw
crowds from all over Sydney.

Now in its 15th year the City of Sydney Spring Cycle is proving to be a
force to be reckoned with. And how could anyone resist? With beautiful
backdrops such as the Harbour Bridge and Parramatta River, a fun and
healthy day out for family and friends, as well as the chance to support
MS Australia and the Oncology Children's Foundation, this is one event
that no one will want to miss.

In 2009 we will once again be having a Bicycle NSW BUGs and Friends tent
at the finish of the City of Sydney Spring Cycle to showcase the work of
Bicycle NSW and up to 12 BUGs and Friends.

As we can only accommodate 12 BUGs, it will be done on a first come
basis. If you would like to secure a place at the finish please complete
and return the enclosed reservation form. The risk assessment form has
been partially completed for you but if you going to do anything other
then what is stated on the form please add the information in the space

A refundable deposit of $50 will be required to reserve your place in
the event. This can take the form of a cheque or credit card details,
which you will receive back after the event on condition that you have
turned up on event day and occupied your table. This is to safeguard us
against those who fail to attend on event day and to make this
opportunity fair and available to all BUGs and Friends. Elizabeth Hole
will hold the cheques and you can see her on the day to retrieve your
cheque or have your CC details destroyed.

Enclosed is a draft site map of the area and there will be storage at
the back of each marquee for flyers, books and posters. Below are some
FAQ that may assist you.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you would like more information
or to discuss this opportunity further.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Tony Henderson
