G'day all,
I think you can come to your own conclusions on this analysis of data that is available.
The mentioned Australian BITRE 117 Report projected that global liquid fuels production would go into permanent decline in 2017, My own estimate is 2015.  While the Report's Asian projections have proven accurate its deep water projections are too optimistic.
