Subject: [bugcouncil] Bicycle holding rails at intersections

Fellow cyclists,
I have been asked by the RTA to provide a cyclist opinion on holding rails at intersections where share use path cross roads and hope people can give me their your opinions on them. Do you use them, feel they are a wast of money that could be better spent on other cycling facilities, don’t ever use them, feel they are a safety hazard, should be provided at all intersections etc.
see attached for more info.
