Fellow CAMWESTies,
just a brief note to alert you to the fact our Affiliation with BNSW is due for renewal. Have a read of the attached document as it will give you an idea of what affiliation with BNSW means to our Bicycle User Group.

If you have been accredited as a Ride Leader with BNSW and wish to lead rides, please note you must be a financial member of BNSW. This covers you for Public Liability and Professional Liability Insurance. If you wish to become an accredited Ride Leader, let me know as I am able to assess you for that role as I am a Master Ride Leader with BNSW.
If any of you aren't members of BNSW, I would urge you to seriously consider joining for the insurance benefits alone. Renewing Members can secure a 10% discount by renewing before the end of June.

Subject: BUG Affiliation Agreement 2015-16

    Hi all,
It's that time of year again - BUG affiliation/ reaffiliation ! I know a few BUGs went through some changes in 2014 and there will probably be others that we' re not aware of, so for the purposes of data integrity please bear with us and complete all the fields for the details of the executive and BUG contact details on page three in the attached doc.
You'll notice on pages one and two that there are conditions of affiliation which are required and some which are encouraged. Please have a read and make sure your BUG complies with the required conditions before signing the affiliation agreement.
Please email the signed, completed affiliation agreement back to me or post to PO Box 293, Concord West NSW 2138 - preferably at you earliest convenience, and by 30 June 2015 at the latest.
I'd like to take this opportunity to remind you that the Bicycle NSW membership year ends on 30 June 2015. You can renew now for the 2015-16 year so please encourage your BUG members to do so (renewing members save 10% before June 30!) . If you have any riders who are not yet members of Bicycle NSW please also urge them to join - if they join now they will receive the remainder of the 2014-15 membership year free of charge.
Please note that your ride leaders must be current members of Bicycle NSW for insurance coverage to be extended. In the coming weeks I will circulate a list of ride leaders we have for each BUG to make sure we're on the same page regarding who is covered.
If you have any questions or would like more information please don't hesitate to contact me.
Warm regards,
 Matt Skinner, Membership Manager
