Fellow CAMWESTies,
I realise many of you will be either volunteering or riding, but if you wish to promote CAWEST, please feel free to avail yourself of this offer. Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend the event in any capacity due to personal commitments.

Subject: Tent available for BUGs at Spring Cycle

Hi folks,

Jane Robertson, Events Manager for Spring Cycle has asked me to let you know that there will be a 3mx3m marquee and tables at the Olympic Park festival site for BUGs who want to come along and promote their rides, activities and/or bike riding in general.

There's no need to book or confirm your attendance - the marquee will be set up and ready for any interested BUG members to simply turn up and make use of it.

It will be in the main circle of marquees at the finish site in Cathy Freeman Park in Sydney Olympic Park, with a sign saying Bicycle User Groups. You can come along any time from 7.30AM. Please note that there will be no vehicle access onto the site - if you drive you'll need to park as a normal visitor.

There will be over 6,000 people passing through the festival finish so it's a great opportunity to promote your BUG to a receptive cycling audience.

Please email any inquiries to janer at bicyclensw.org.au.
